TAIL student Muhsinul Ihsan has published the first paper from his PhD! Ihsan assessed the effect of different pellet binders on the feeding behavior of lobsters, and found that wheat gluten as a binder alone produced the optimal pellet texture, improving feeding behaviour and feed intake.
